My Story

Proverb 23:7 reminds us, "For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." In the early 90’s, while on my journey to obtain a degree in Physical Therapy, I envisioned becoming a personal trainer for adults, focusing on those who required rehabilitation due to injuries, including expecting mothers seeking to maintain mobility during their gestational period, and putting vigor back into the lives of the silver foxes of my generation. From that time to the present, my path meandered through various twists and turns, landing me to teach individuals from all walks of life from cradle, college, and beyond. 30 years later, I am back where I desired to be, in my heart of hearts, helping others’ to realign their mind, body, and spirit.
